Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Use ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: http://www.kriss-usa.com. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

KRISS USA Inc. accepts payment by VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping costs are based on your order’s total weight and size according to UPS’ daily rates and will be calculated during checkout.

We do not offer expedited shipping services (UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air). Please contact us if you need expedited shipping.

United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail is offered for small size orders weighing under 2 lbs capable of fitting into a USPS Priority Small Flat Rate box. The option for USPS Priority Mail shipping will appear at checkout if your order qualifies for this shipping method.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time prior to shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please allow for additional processing time during holidays and high volume sales periods such as during promotional events.

Tracking information will be sent via email upon shipment. Please allow for 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

ORDER MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION

Items cannot be added to your order once it has been placed; items may only be removed from your order. Order change requests will likely result in a processing and shipping delay. We are not able to make any changes to your order once it has been picked up by the courier.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please have your order number ready and speak to a KRISS USA Customer Service representative by phone at (855) 574-7787 during operating hours. Orders already picked up by the courier are not able to be cancelled.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Orders containing items that are unable to be fulfilled due to restrictions in your jurisdiction will be cancelled. This most commonly applies to magazines and magazine extension kits. For example, we cannot ship standard capacity magazines, extended capacity magazines, nor magazine extension kits to states including but not limited to California, Hawaii, and New York due to magazine capacity restrictions.

Orders that are cancelled due to this type of restriction will be refunded, less a 4% administrative fee which covers credit card processing fees.

It is your responsibility to know your jurisdiction’s laws regarding such items.

If you are active duty law enforcement and reside within a state or jurisdiction with magazine capacity restrictions and wish to purchase these restricted items, please contact us for more information.

TIME IN TRANSIT

IMPORTANT NOTE: UPS has suspended their Service Guarantee. Any delays are out of KRISS USA’s hands as we do not operate our own delivery service. No refunds on shipping will be issued for any delays incurred.

UPS Ground service delivers within the continental US typically within 2-5 business days.

USPS Priority Mail delivers within the contintal US typically within 2-3 business days. Orders within Virginia near and around Chesapeake are typically delivered within 1 business day.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTIONS & ERRORS

When placing your order, please make sure that the Shipping Address you enter is correct and accurate. If you need to make a correction, please contact us by email or phone during business hours right away.

If an address correction needs to be made but your package has already been picked up by the courier (UPS or USPS), you will need to contact the courier directly to request a Package Intercept. Be sure to have your tracking number ready. Be prepared to pay UPS or USPS a fee for Package Intercept, which is why it is important that your Shipping Address is entered correctly when you place your order.

Orders that are received back at our facility as undeliverable or refused will be refunded, less the shipping charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do NOT ship internationally and all orders must have both billing and shipping addresses located within the 50 United States, District of Columbia, and US Territories. The only exception to this is for shipments to APO/FPO addresses, with important restrictions as noted below:

PLEASE NOTE: Many of the items on this Web site are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR Parts 120-130), the Arms Export Control Act (22 USC 2778), or the Export Administration Act of 1979 (as amended, 22 USC App. 2401 et. seq.) and EXPORT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED without authorization or a license for each order as issued by the U.S. Department of State’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.

While we proudly support the Members of the US Military deployed around the world and believe that it is a great privilege to service their needs, we must fully comply with all United States export control laws and regulations. Under these laws and regulations any shipment to an APO/FPO that is physically located outside of the 50 United States must be considered an Export, regardless of your military service status, rank, etc.

STORE RETURN POLICY

All items sold by KRISS USA are guaranteed free from defect. If the item you received from us is defective in any way, we will make every effort to replace it or give you a full refund including shipping costs if returned within 30 days of receipt.
Any product, unused, unopened, may be returned within 30 days from the order date for refund (up to 15% restocking fee may apply). Refunds are processed typically within 1-3 business days after receipt and inspection. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to the error of KRISS USA.

To request a return, please have your order number ready and contact the KRISS USA customer service department at (855) 574-7787 or via email at support@kriss-usa.com.
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number issued by KRISS USA Customer Service. Packages without a valid return authorization number will be returned to sender.
